Got some PRs recently, on SL - nothing serious but it's progression.

> 85kg squat 5x5
> 60kg Bench 5x5
> 60kg row 5x5
> Noone I know lifts or understands why I like lifting

Lift for yourself, dont depend on others for your motivation

My progress has started back up recently and it could be one (or all) of these things I did
>started gslp, aka more assistance work
>got my diet in order, always eating 3k or more
>started taking creatine consistently
>started using microplates and amrap deloads

Feeling bretty gud

Yesterday I tried 120kg diddly even though the last time I did 115 and failed last rep.
But I figured, better to do 2.5kg more and maybe fail than do less easily and wonder if I coulda done more
