Thats the worst part anon, i can't, i have developed serious anxiety about it because of gas and the constant uncomfortable feeling that i need to take a dump. The worst part is, hours after i have taken a dump, cleaned thoroughly and taken a shower, i still wipe tiny smidgens of poop. Its embarrassing and sounds funny but i can't take it anymore.
