I agree his face and poverty beard make him look autistic, but his training advice is spot on for natties. You need to hit neck, traps, upper back, forearms, delts, and glutes to not only look yoked, but also be systemically and legitimately strong. Majority of dudes who pretty much do only benching and curling in the gym are complete pussies. It's also a reason why legit programs like Texas method are so good, as they emphasize these body parts.

I might start running Russian Bear in a few months to really hammer the deadlift and overhead press.

Violent assholes in violent areas will just pull out a gun or knife and fucking KILL YOU if you try to defend yourself in those situations. Getting a gun yourself, in this case, will just mean you're a target for murder yourself, or you'll end up in jail for murder/attempted murder; you want that? Negative-sum game.

I convinced my gf to start lifting with me. She's doing very well, but she has trouble with free squatting.

I started her off with wall squats so she can get used to the movement, but now she doesn't want to stop doing wall squats. Anytime she does free squat her heels turn inward and her knees go over her toes. I've tried to explain how to do it properly, but it's almost like she physically can't control her body well enough to do them properly.

Should I keep her on the wall longer, or should I keep working with her on fixing her free squats?
