Please help, I just recently realized my left arm is much smaller than my right arm.

What should i do?

Stop training my right side for some weeks completly?

Add more reps to left?

Or just say fuck it it will fix itself?

Train your arms with dumbbells, first do as many reps with your left arm as you can, after that do the same amount of reps with your right arm, eventually it should even out, and you can also add a set or two just for your left arm to speed up the process, and wank with the left arm as well

Say you're doing 5x5.

Do you have to do it all at once to make gains? Or does doing each set throughout the day have the same effect?

hey guys, this college year has been rough, I've gained a lot of weight.

something happened to the dining halls and now the only food there that tastes good is food that is shit tier.

honestly I've started eating a hamburger and fries every day because it's the only thing that doesn't make me wan't to throw up.

I'm like five foot eleven inches and i weigh 215.(fuck)(also whats a good goal weight in your opinion)

do you guys have any tips to improve my eating, I'm not really in control of what i eat every day(or what options i have to eat and if they even taste good) and i really want to get /fit/er

Drop the fries and only drink water. Do they not have a hot bar or something with vegetables to grab? We have 2 main meals like today it was nachos and some something else, a salad bar and soup, then burger pasta and pizza. The only things that change are the 2 main meals and the soups.

hello guys
I got a whiteheads around my mounth but i dont know whats causes it? Could actually be eggs.
Cause my diet is so strict. No sugar(except fructosa), no diary products,no whey protein(beef only) or other supplements, no pork(only chicken and beef), i eat daily vitamins, iron, copper, i drink a lot of pure lemon juice, eat vegtables, low carbohydrates, BUT EGGS? Could it be? I eat 5full eggs per morning.

About a year with time off during exams season/summer camping. Starting as a skele has it's adv (look better quicker, better at bodyweight stuff) but also disadv (weaker initially).
