Food have absolutely nothing to do with acne or whiteheads.

It's a 100% hormonal thing. You don't have high test either, it's all because your test likes to go to your sebaceous glands and work more than they should. Isotretinoin removes that so go to a derm.

I repeat: food, lotions, creams, water, anything you name, it doesn't matter or work.

He's literally giving you placebos, accutane can be used even in mild acne or oily skin.

People should get red pilled about medicine and specially dermatology. Find another derm, hopefully one with a good ammount of patients because those are the ones who don't come with the bullshit to keep you paying (they fucking love easy money with a passion)
