Just look at his proportions: He has a disporportionally huge chest and upper arms. In conjunction with his relative weak back his chest pulls his shoulders forward and causes his hunchback posture which makes him look like a caveman. His big upper arms make his shoulders look small, but this is exactly what he wanted. He neglected them on purpose. He stated that big shoulders would "take away too much of his arms". WTF? Even a retard like Rich Piana said that shoulders can never be too big. His forearms and spinal errectors look small for someone who was taking roids and contribute to this bizarre distortion of the male physique which Arnold took to the next level. No athleticism or functionality, he probably couldn't even do a somersault. The only thing that he looks capable of is bench pressing. Face it, he was the ultimate curlbro, everything you hate about them.

The dumbest thing he did was taking off every second day from training. Seriously?

It is possible to bulk on a vegan diet but you're gonna have to put in a god damn hard effort
Every time I tried a vegan diet I lost weight really fast when I was trying to maintain/bulk
There is no point in vegetarianism, meat is literally healthier than dairy products

When did you realize you'd need to restrict your intake of carbohydrates if you wanted to get low BF%?

I was 14 month ago and struggling to restrict my calories below a certain level; and then common sense called and said "you need to eat high protein/low carb". Yes.

Sugar, specifically, is the devil because it's addictive.

Other carbs aren't bad per se, they are just usually the easiest macro to adjust if you are trying to cut.

I don't eat bread/rice/sugar/chocolate/potatoes

Otherwise I don't count my carb intake; I just don't eat those things. Occasionally I'll have a bit of milk in my coffee but usually it's just black. Since cutting out carbs I found it easy to lose weight if I need to.

I regularly have to lose weight for a sporting event so I cut my carbs out.

Hey /fit/,

I asked this recently in a QTDDTOT. I had been having knee pain recently. This always happened when I perfomed anything like a squat manouver, be it sitting down, getting up or going/up or down stairs. I appreciate the advise given to me by you guys. I then thought to myself the following questions: when did I get knee pain? did I fall or trip recently? what has changed in my daily life. Then it hit me, I have been constantly dehydrated for the last few weeks, due to uni and other things. I started drinking 2litres of water again per day and suprise, suprise two days later my knee pain went away.

tl;dr

The other day I fucked up my cut.
Big serving of pulled pork, baked beans, bread rolls, and the worst part, a big fat piece of cake.

I understand this is my fault, and I understand that I probably ate a surplus big enough to gain 1 - 1.5 pounds of fat.

My question is: why the fuck am I HORRENDOUSLY bloated? The scale shows a 5lb gain and I feel like a huge blob and looking in the mirror is PAINFUL. Its been 2 days, shouldn't the bloating have went down??
