Think about it. Aerobic endurance is doing stuff at a low intensity for hours and hours. If you do something like that, your muscle endurance is the limiting factor: Take a 7 hour walk and you'll stop because your feet hurt, not because your cardio is too bad. Bike for a day, same thing - you'll stop because your legs get tired or because you get cramps.

Marathons etc. are run at a far higher intensity than "Can still talk while running", therefore it isn't aerobic.

so, we know that cutting calories makes you lose weight

but my question is - what happens to those people that really cut back calories. if 2k is their maintain, what if they go to 800 or even 600 calories a day and keep protein as needed? what happens?

They lose even more weight. The problem is that you become lethargic and weak the lower you go. Weak = cant workout = less muscle maintained while cutting. Since even if you go down that far, the process still takes months. It's unsustainable.

even if they didnt maintain all of their muscle, they would lose some of it, which would still lose weight, and lots of it

I have decided to get a gym membership soon but I have some problems regarding my time.
My ex is kinda unpredictable and so I cannot say for sure on which days of the week I have my son at my place. Obviously I cannot go to the gym when he is around and I don't have a babysitter. In general I have 3 free evenings per week so gym is quite possible. However sometimes there is no free day in between.

I think the stronglifts 5x5 program looks like the right thing for me but will I hinder myself badly if I workout on two days in a row?

If so can you recommend me a similar program with a good app? The thing is I am a total beginner and want something easy. Preferably with an app that tells me exactly what to do since my head is full 24/7 and I don't want to have to think in the gym, too.

1) no you don't need pct. lgd suppresses test/lh/FSH by about 50% for a typical 8 weeks 5/10mg ed cycle. it doesn't cause shutdown so you don't need to kick-start the hpta back, it goes back to normal within a couple weeks. your test being that much lower may annoy you (to say the least) so you might at least want some daa/test boosters. anecdotally, they work pretty well for these cases even though they're mostly shit otherwise (for natties actually looking for a test increase)
