I do 65kg 5x5 on rows.

Impressed desu at 190lb. Also I'm close to a 315lb squat x5 and then, just bench left to get 1/2/3/4 (poverty bench though, 185).

About a year with time off during exams season/summer camping. Starting as a skele has it's adv (look better quicker, better at bodyweight stuff) but also disadv (weaker initially).

Finally hit 1pl8 5x5 OHP which is pretty nice. Sucks that I wont be able to go the gym or eat well for the next month and half. Probably going to lose most of my gains but w/e.

Congrats anon. Bench is probably my weakest area as well. Getting close to 5x5 tho.
Tested my 1RMs for a not super serious powerlifting comp that's at my uni in a few weeks. My squat and deadlift have been lagging behind my bench but my maxes were better than expected.
Bench: 240
Squat: 295
Diddy: 305
