Just got back from lifting at the gym. Still want to be dead. I thought exercising helps with depression. It's the only reason I started lifting. What now bros?

And keep in mind that lifting only helps your body to heal, changing your lifestyle to accommodate lifting (healthy diet, quality sleep, discipline etc) is what actually heals your mind.
