Been weightlifting for about 2/3 months now and I'm really started to feel the loss of libido/sex drive. So much so that hot girls I see about don't get me hot and bothered anymore, I don't try it on with girls in clubs and I just delete my Tinder matches because I can't be arsed to talk to them.

I've used to Jerk off about three times a day.

It got to the point where this is partially the reason I'm still a virgin - I've had girls literally beg me to go home with them, and I didn't because I've killed all intrinsic motivation to get over my fears.

Now since I've reduced my fapping to once every week or two week, I finally have that motivation to try with girls.

On the other hand, it is recenty driving me completely insane. I waste hours each day thinking of nothing else but how to get laid, browding the internet for tips on how to do it, reading stories by people who do etc.

It's gotten to the point where I can't enjoy what I already have, like great friends and a pretty good life overall.

I recently kicked my weed habit cold turkey, started lifting, dancing Salsa, and am exploring other sports currently. I have found no problem with keeping with alle these things in a disciplined manner. But I can't help constantly concerning myself with my virginity, unless I jack off, which makes me regain my patience.

That's my dilemma - I enjoy my newfound courage with girls, but the anxiety and impatience constantly being horny gives me does definitely not work in my favor.

Also, my obsession wastes nearly as much time, if not more, than porn did before, while I currently have more stuff to do than in the entire past year of my life combined.

Probably has less to do with fapping, than the fact that I stopped all my coping behaviours like Weed and vidya and instead decided to get off my ass and do the (uncomfortable) things I have procrastinated for years by now.
