I have been lifting a little over a month. I weigh 165 and am around 20% bf.
I was benching 165 2×5 and 1×5+amrap. It was the amrap I failed, getting 4 reps instead of 5 or more. I have been increasing my bench by 5-10 lbs per session, expecting to get here soon so I'd be listing closer to my actual limit, but the failed sets feel pretty bad.
Anyway I guess I increased all my other lifts so it could be worse.
I'm 150 and benched 135 2x5 today for the first time. Gonna try to get some squats in before thanksgiving dinner, hoping to get up to 165 before Christmas.

I think that's possible. I started not really calorie counting, just making sure I'm not going much above 2500. That made me have a lot more energy for lifting (but then again I'd be a fat if I didn't control myself, so eating enough isn't hard for me really).

Hey OP, I don't know about pec minor, but I've been trying to sculpt an unusually pronounced serratus anterior like in the left pic but with literally not fat or muscle on any other part of my torso. It's hard to isolate when you're going for a designer physique. Most plebs on here aren't up to date on the latest male modeling trends.
I find that cutting circulation strategically with whatever you can get your hands on works, but I dunno if you could do that with your pec minor without needing to tie something off via surgery.
Can't wait until I finish up with my current plan.

look up yrg (ddp) yoga and do the routine called "energy". youll feel better isntantly but keep doing these, or any of the other workouts. they really help maintain a healthy, painfree lower back, not shilling but this is what i typically do as someone who previously use to fuck there lower back up for weeks at a time.
