I wass in the same boat as you senpai. Kind of tall and kind of fat.
I cut from 185 to 168. Then I started a clean bulk and now that im looking at it a clean bulk from the beginning or eating wt maintenence would have been better.
Do not keep cutting calories for those 6 pack abs, I fucked my metabolism up by cutting at 1400-1500 for 3 months. My dick literally stopped working for awhile.
