Im 21 and im overweight. I have been hitting gym at least 3 days / week now for a month. I have been doing all sorts of exercises so my body gets used to the effort.

Depends on how you bench press, if you rely a lot on your triceps, then might be worth hitting chest separately to promote growth

Nah man you gotta stop being obese, I mean you can get in shape and drink but it's gonna hamper your gains tremendously. I was in great shape for awhile, moved to alaska met some girls and started being a boozehound and I got fat and depressed as hell. I'd cut the drinking as soon as you can.

Very Novice since I cant find a good routine that isn't memery and gym just has free weights and I burn through fruits and vegetables in like a day, I have breakfest that is eggs bacon and pancakes with maple syrup all over them,dinner usally consets of all types of protein except fish, I usally end up eating sugary like cookies and poptarts if theres nothing to eat, and I eat chinese take out,oven or deliverd pizza,fast food maybe once a month
