I realized, surprisingly, that the areas I'm weak in also have the most fat (chest, abs). And the areas I'm strong in (arms, legs, neck) are realitvely lean. Is that normal?

yes, sun goes up at 10AM and goes down at around 2PM. Also it is mostly cloudy everday so the sun dosent even pop up during the entire day
and for the rest of the day is dark and cold. I dont know if people really know how much low daylight effects you but it really does, I just feel tired, slow
and wanna go home and chill after work/class and dont find myself wanting to go the gym anymore.

Alright /fit/ you're gonna think im a massive autist, but im too much of a sperg to go to the gym alone. I used to go with a buddy that was pretty jacked, but he moved away shortly after. Im dyel as fuck, max squat is 2pl8 and bench is with 25s. Everyone at the gym is nice and they often help when they see me struggling, but i hate it. Idk if its my pride or my shame, but i cant work out because i feel like I'd get stared at and laughed at, its been driving me insane because im such an autist over this. People have laughed at me lifting before and honestly it hits so deep it makes me lose all interest. Any advice bros?
