weighted wide grip pull ups, if can't do weighted then you're not at the big lats stage yet. once you can do them twice a week and do them hard, do one arm db row and barbell rows on the same workout, 3 sets of each.

2. (6x15) Bodyweight Pull-ups (alternate) (6x5) Weighted Chin-ups

Yeah okay. All wide grip does is reduce the range of motion. There is no added benefit to doing pullups this way.
