Today's my adderall day. 30mg down the hatch. Lifted this morning and already ate breakfast & lunch so I'm good to go for the rest of the afternoon, yippykaiyay motherfuckers

I take 20mg just about every day. It gives me insomnia when I take it and I only eat about half as many calories as I should be while on it. So today and yesterday I am not taking it. I'll try to get a good night's sleep tonight and take it early tomorrow because if this keeps up I'm gonna oversleep my exams and lose my gains.

Hey /fit/

So I've been working a warehouse job for the past two months. The job pays pretty well because I work in a -10°F environment for 12 hours a day. The cold really doesn't bother me too much since we are given enough cold weather gear to climb Mt. Everest.
The problem is that my position requires me to drive pic related. It's called walkie-rider. The one in the pic is a newer model with power steering but the warehouse in which I work has shitty old equipment without power steering and that makes things quite a bit tougher when steering 3000 lbs of rider+product. If you've ever used one for hours on end, you know what I'm talking about.
I steer the thing with my right arm, since I'm right-handed, and these past two months I've been noticing a bit more growth in my right bicep and shoulder compared to my left. It's even more noticeable when I flex. I would like to find a way to even out my physique and strength on both sides of my body.

Tl;dr: Is there anyway to even out the gains I make on my right side without specifically putting more emphasis on my left side during my workout?

Should have mentioned in the OP. I'm not allowed to switch sides as that could be very dangerous to myself and others around me. Since I'm not used to it, it would be like learning all over again except much more difficult, and the bosses don't have time for that.

actually im working on my "eat-clean"-plan.
I guess i hit my macros at carbs and protein pretty good, but i have a lack in fat and dont know how i can get rid of this problem.
Just sip a spoon of oil?

Actually i would take 96% of strived carbs, 111% prots, but just 64% fat and 86% kcal at all.
Goal are 2500 kcal, 285g carbs, 160g prots and 80g fat.

Its for maintenance, would you think it is too much?

Your macro split is roughly
Fat 25%
Carb 50%
Protien 25%
IMO that's too many carbs. Try swapping some fruit for nuts. Or at least try to eat the same (g) amount of carbs and protien. Maybe like F/C/P 100/200/200 which results in 33% of your Cal from each source
