Pretty strange routine. It's imbalanced as hell.
If you want a decent routine for 5/6 days week, something like push/pull/legs/rest/push/pull/legs would probably be better.

All you beginners need to lay the foundation to maybe someday not really become a Chad is a compound based linear progression routine like this modified Greyskull one:
Day A)
Bench Press or Overhead Press - 2x5, 1x5+
Chin Ups or Rows - 3x5
Squat - 2x5, 1x5+
Dips or Hanging Leg Raises - 3x5
Day B)
Bench Press or Overhead Press - 2x5, 1x5+
Chin Ups or Rows - 3x5
Deadlift - 1x5+
Dips or Hanging Leg Raises - 3x5
Day C)
Bench Press or Overhead Press - 2x5, 1x5+
Chin Ups or Rows - 3x5
Squat - 2x5, 1x5+
Dips or Hanging Leg Raises - 3x5
Raise volume on compounds when last set is at 5 reps or more. Lower if at 3 or less. Stay if 4.
Chins can be replaced with negative chin ups if you're an overly /THICC/ guy. When Dips or Chin Ups are done with relative ease, start adding weights. Add cardio to the end if you're cutting.
