Went into the gym, some dyel was using the squat rack and repping 40 kg. I set up the ohp rack in front of him and squat 100 kg for reps. Feels good.

Yeah I get that. I did about 40kg the first time I went to the gym. But I was definitely a skelly not a dyel at that time.

It's funny how some people are dumbfounded on the concept of working in.
