Point is, our height is not what makes our species in any way special or remarkable. Many other creatures are larger than us, stronger than us. Our species is what it is today because our ancestors valued intellect, wit and tool making. Our species recently invented a tool over the last few hundred years or so that fires small, high speed projectiles to targets from vast distances away. Having a smaller body is more evolutionarily advantageous in modern combat because you will not so easily stick out from cover and are naturally a smaller target.
That means lanklets have become #evolutionarilydefunct
But don't feel bad for our lanklet friends. I'm sure they will be happy to create large bullet shields for their smaller, smarter allies in the inevitable third world war.

Idk what it is, but I have just never cared to eat enough. I was better when I was tracking my calories & force feeding myself but as time goes on I get worse, and I think it's almost a serious problem at this point. I've been seeing a lot of the shit about Eugenia Cooney and it made me realize that while obviously not as extreme as her situation, my not eating enough might really be having slow detrimental effects on my health. The turning point was when I moved out of the house. I had to buy and prepare my own food so I was able to design my own diet however I wanted.
I have no appetite and am lazy in the morning so I got easy to make breakfasts that taste good. I went with breakfast Burritos and a glass of a milk with that chocolate mix that replaces a meal.
I also made sure I ate around 1k calories per meal and 3 meals a day. It was hard to eat that much at first but as I gained weight and worked out a lot my appetite caught up to me.
My plan was based on eating around a 500 or more calorie surplus.

the difference is highly exaggerated and not important for newbies to worry about or really anybody but the most elite, for normal natty people anything reasonable works i.e. anywhere from 3 reps at the very least to 10 at the most per set. Mix it up, find what works for you. What's more important is the exercises you do, i.e. mixing up compounds and accessories and overall intensity. don't sweat the small stuff
