3-5 times depending on how much I have to do and general stress/commitments.
Off term I just go on a 4-5 mile walk, I don't have a gym near me and I need to study for exams anyway.

I thought this then I started going 5 times a week and guess what my gains came quicker, it forced me to buy more meat as well as I really wanted to maximise all the work that I put in. Not sure how long I could maintain 5 times a week though.

im going to have a talk with him about it tomorrow.
