Anyone else sweat profusely when working out? I swear all it takes is a set of push ups and I just start leaking. Im talking brow dripping, arms glistening, shirt drenched, gooch squeaking, you name it. I haven't been working out for that long though. Will the level of sweat production I have reduce as my fitness increases? If it matters, im not obese or anything, probably about 10-15kg overweight.

How do I get a thick torso like pic related? I'm still dyel but the only thing that makes me really unhappy with my narrow body is my torso, the area between my hips and my shoulders. I have decent shoulders and arms and according to symmetric strength my chest is one of my strong points. What exercises help the most to make a wider and thicker torso?

As long as you use full ROM and don't use the old "hands-on-the-knees" method. I just moved to a depleted shithole with only a Planet Fitness and I've continued to make leg gains on their leg press machine.

Please help me /fit/. I'm trying to understand daily macros calculation so that I can adjust my diet accordingly.

I'm using Scooby's Workshop calorie calculator which recommends at 1,778kcal/day:

Protein: 30.8% (137g)
Carbs: 11.5% (67g)
Fat: 57.7% (114g)

and 33g daily dietary fiber (34g net carbs).

According to my calculations:
1,778kcal * 30.8% / 4 kcal per gram = 137g
checks out for Protein

1,778kcal * 11.5% / 4 kcal per gram = 51g
??? (not 67g)
67g * 4 kcal per gram / 1,778kcal = 15.1%
??? (not 11.5%)

1,778 kcal * 57.7% / 9g per kcal = 114g
checks out for Fat

When I check out North American Dietary Guidelines, they recommend 45%-65% carbs, and use 130g carbs for an 1,800kcal sample diet.
130g carbs * 4 kcal per gram / 1,800kcal = 28.9%
??? (not 45%-65%)
130g carbs * 9 kcal per gram / 1,800kcal = 65%
??? (not 9 kcal per gram)

I'm sure I'm confusing either units, amount of kcal per gram for carbs, or some combination. What am I doing wrong /fit/? Anyone who can let me know is a godsend. I'm a beginner and not hyperconcerned with macro ratios right now- I just want to be able to calculate correctly so that I can adjust my dietary plan to my needs myself. Any help is appreciated.
