The Youtuber FouseyTube did a workout program and got shredded in 90 days. Watching his vlogs, he lost about 16 lbs in the first two weeks from lifting and he said before he even started cardio. Will increasing the amount of reps and time in the gym really get results like that that fast?
Obviously he started cardio with his workouts but at the start he didnt and lose a lot of weight.
Most of that "lose weight fast" is fake. They are already ripped, but drink a lot of chocolate milk (gives you a ton of gas) and change their posture to look fatter than they really are.
The most important part of losing weight is dieting. 80% diet, 20% exercise.

All your big compounds work your forearms. Don't necessarily need to try to isolate them.
Pushups are pretty fantastic too if you're a 4armlet like I was before I started doing them.
