Buy a coordination ladder o draw some squares with chalk in your backyard, do coordination exercises like 2 step every square, 2 squares forwards 1 backward. Making 2 steps each square. Jump forward with your legs together, open them then close them and jump forward 1 square, repeat. You can look up for more on the internet, most football, rugby, boxers and soccer players do these kind of exercises.
I also used to be a clumsy fuck until i started doing footbal (soccer)

If you literally only care about increasing muscle mass, just go the PPL route and progressively overload with volume instead of weight.

I use this after cheat meals, if you are not a manlet this will burn easily more than 500 kcal. Downsides are that you have only 20 fingers and toes and it may harm your gains if you dont use straps in gym.
