Buy a coordination ladder o draw some squares with chalk in your backyard, do coordination exercises like 2 step every square, 2 squares forwards 1 backward. Making 2 steps each square. Jump forward with your legs together, open them then close them and jump forward 1 square, repeat. You can look up for more on the internet, most football, rugby, boxers and soccer players do these kind of exercises.
I also used to be a clumsy fuck until i started doing footbal (soccer)

Also, slackline.

For every-day, in-between, no-extra-effort: Put on your shoes and tie your laces while standing on the other leg.
Stand on one leg while brushing your teeth.
