Don't look up as others said.
You don't need to walk out so far, you're gonna want to unlearn it once you get to really heavy weights so might as well start now.
Don't rush and be scared to hit depth on hard reps, the last one you start to go up a bit early. I know it's scary to stand there with a heavy weight on your back having to sit down one more time, but it's better in the long run to teach your body to do the same thing regardless of how difficult it feels.
Get a back/diagonal angle so we can see what's going on with your ankles, knees and lumbar, that's more important.
