I use a classic harbinger leather belt, not sure why but i like the old clips over a lever.
And my plug is similar to pic related.

Currently reading Harry Potter 1-7. Lots of great lessons and British words I never would have heard. Meditating after every chapter on the lessons/magic that is explained. Ive been limiting the amount of carbs I eat, running daily, and avoiding refined sugar. Im also lifting weights and taking low carb meal, high protein meal replacemens for dinner. Is it possible to burn fat AND build muscle at the same time?
Yes, when starting out its easier to put on muscle while dropping fat. Plus as a former fatty,yoir calves will be ripped as fuck. Depending on how far you are, running is going to destroy your knees. Doing cycling and swimming instead until you're at a human weight. Count calories, don't give up, and keep coming back you fat fuck.

Im at 270 right now, Have decent lifts and Im not in danger of heart disease. My calves are subpar but my qauds/hams are on another planet I have a 3 plate squat. Im worried about flatlining and being unable to lose certain fat no matter how intense my workout, that happened to my friend.
