I feel like I'm at a crossroad, being stuck at 4/3/2/1, and I don't think I can get much further until I know what I want from my gym time and a more specialized program to get the results.

So as we all know wrist size is an indicator of all around bone thickness,and my wrists are unfortunately only 6.5" and im unsure that i will ever be able to look big, i've only been lifting for 6 months but its quite demotivating

Hey /fit/, it has recently come to my attention that petrol contains a shit ton of cals. In fact, 1 litre of petrol is about 8,000,000 kcals, the lowest lethal dose of petrol has been recorded at about 13ml~ and adverse side effects begin at around 5ml. If I was to micro dose petrol at 0.25ml I could get an easy 2000kcals. Is this a viable method for bulking? Could petrol be the DNP of bulking?
