Hey /fit/, does the bit in sticky about diet apply if I'm 6ft and 113lbs? It mentions cutting fast food and soda for weight loss, which I don't really need.

tl;dr: Please redpill a skelly necromage on appropriate diet steps. The sticky seems geared towards fatties interested in weight loss.

how do you deal with an intense sugar craving? If you used to be fat (like I am) how did you deal with it then, and how did that evolve while you were clawing your way out of your adipose tomb?

I decided to try again at not being a fat piece of shit just a few hours ago; today was a rather unhealthy day for me prior to that, but after a healthy dinner, I have this obscenely overwhelming sugar craving. It's not logically sound, considering all the shitty sweets I had earlier. Advice is appreciated.

Whenever I try curls with an EZ bar or straight bar I feel horrible pain in my forearms. The pain lingers too and only goes away the next morning

But when I curl with dumbbells my forearms feel just fine

Is there a way to not get forearm pain when doing curls with a bar?

Some people need cheat meals to keep their sanity, buuut there are some people like that can't really have cheats because it just triggers binge eating and being undisciplined. It's easier for me to stick to a regimen. I tried being "normie" and having cheats/doing junk food iifym didn't work for me, fell into binge eating. The switched to a whole food diet and I'm struggling to eat enough with zero cravings.

Try them out. We sell these guys where I work, Salted Watermelon and Tri Berry are great but pretty much all of them are good. I never had a chance to use them while working out. My boss uses and likes them for marathons, Tris, and Iron Mans. Give them a try and see how they work for you.

I went to enroll at university and got lost and couldn't find where to go, even after asking people for directions.

So I left and sat on a bench having a tantrum in my head, telling myself that I give up because I can't even find the fucking place to enroll.

Then it hit me, if I failed at lift in the gym, I wouldn't just get up and leave and never go back. That realization motivated me to go back into the university grounds and try look for the place to enroll again, ended up finding it and enrolling.


This is what you rely on when you don't grow up with a strong father figure to teach you how to be a man. The barbell has been more of a father to me than my own old man.
