So Ive decided to start working out but I have no idea how to properly do it. Ive never felt the need to workout before because I've always been healthy but now that I'm getting older I want to stay in shape. I want my arms to get bigger and to get stronger. First you stretch. I like to do dynamic stretching because it gets my blood flowing for lifting. I do 2 warm up sets, first set is 10lbs under my workout weight and 2nd is 5lbs under. Then I do my workout, 6 or more different workouts each targeting major parts of the body at 5x5(not counting warm-up) after that I do dynamic stretching again and that's it.
