So I was planning on dieting soon but recently my face has started looking a lot thinner but I'm not losing any weight. I currently eat shit food and do zero exercise. had blood tests done for unrelated shit and theres no problems with vitamins or anything like that. Is there any reason you know of for this? Honestly just thought I'd ask here because some of you will know about how this shit works hopefully (mentioned this to doctors before but because theres nothing wrong in the blood tests they dont feel like looking into it more)

Sounds like a full tendon tear, or depending where in the knee you've snapped the bone spur that the tendon attaches to.
If it is a full tear , you're going to be resting that leg for weeks, full rest, crutches the whole lot, surgery and 9 months of rehabilitation.
Ripped both my acl and mcl in a rock climbing accident, foot caught in a hold turned the knee 220 odd degrees laterally, and that was my rehab, probably got 90 % mobility back now and I was a worst case so youl be back lifting.
Just the timescale with differ heavily depending on the severity of the tear.
Just hope you broke a bone instead so much easier than tendon damage

i'm not sure if it is a meme but i used heavy grips to train to be able to tear phone books and thats what helped me the most. i could deadlift 500lbs but still not tear them using a mixed grip. i dont think they really helped me too much with anything but tearing up phone books. i own a 100 150 200 and 250 i cant completely the close the 250

hi guys noob to this board. i have no access to a gym for the next two weeks. what can i do at home instead? i was lifting at the gym pretty regularly before this and i don't want to lose all of the progress that i've made so far.
i've been trying to bulk if that makes any difference.
Fill up milk jugs with water, put them in back pack and walk up stairs/squat/ etc
also push ups and more push ups and dips.
if you have no dumbbells, you can use the milk jugs for curls.

Do dips off the counter
Push ups with textbooks on back
Milk jugs are good for curls yeah, but you can also fill them with sand when water becomes too light.
Also do step ups on a solid chair
Sit ups, and weighted planks
Race your dog if you have one
Do pull ups on the rafters in your garage, they're sturdy enough to support about 180 lbs
Put your legs up on a couch and do pushups to simulate incline
