The degeneration of my facial aesthetics is noticeable. I really never though about my diet other than eating much because I had such god tier metabolism as a kid and didnt think I was so much fatter than before, it just hit me now how enormous the difference is. I used to be approached by qts and now I can't even fuck landwhales, all because of a ~5-6% difference in bodyfat

How can it be worth bulking when this is what happens to you?

I just turned 20 years old/fit/fairly healthy. It's so discouraging and makes me feel like shit knowing this and knowing that I'll probably have to take test for the rest of my life

Hey guys

I'm having some pain in my shoulder when I lift my arms up sideways or when I lower them sideways.

Pic related is the area (thats not a pic of me btw)

I do boxing and I got it during a class; its been a week now and it still hurts. Could it be tendonitis? Anyone here had rotator cuff tendonitis or tears?
It feels like a painful grinding in that area but only when my arms are in the position of pic related.

You need steroids. Natural lifting is a big waste of time. You'll lift for 4 years with perfect diet and dedication and still have a laughable physique.

First lift for 3 months to prepare your body for the cycle. Then run:
Testosterone enanthate 250mg every 5 days Weeks 1 - 8
Dbol 20mg split in 2 doses Weeks 1 - 4
HCG 250iu twice weekly Weeks 1 - 9

That's it, thanks to HCG you don't need any PCT. Enjoy your gains.
