Am I doing something wrong?

So I am on week 2 of Stronglifts and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated because the weights are super easy to lift. I'm debating on whether or not to stick to this routine or move on to an intermediate level routine. I got the form down, so I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right but it's just to easy? Am I missing something or should I be moving to a new routine?

Give it a chance to work before you quit on it. If they have you progressing 5lbs every workout, in 3 months you should be up 180lbs on all lifts and I would be surprised if that was super easy

I havent seen my biceps improve in size nor strength for a while now while my other muscles like chest and legs are improving preety well.

Heres my routine
Biceps/abs/legs
Chest/triceps/shoulders/delts
Rest day
Repeat

I do this for biceps
4 sets of curls - 30lb db
4 sets of hammer curls - 30lb db
4 sets of reverse curls = 15lb db

I do eat a lot and keep my protein at around 200g. I'm 6'4 and 195-200lb

Are you adding weight/reps to your curls every session? Probably not.

Your routine is fucking stupid. You don't train your back, and compound back movements that incorporate the biceps like rows and chins are where you're going to make your bicep gains, provided you progress in weight or reps

Let's say you do 4 sets of 10 on your curls one session

The next session aim to do 4 sets of more than ten OR 4 sets of 10 at a higher weight.

That's what I mean by progression. If you're capable of 4 sets of 30lbs, then why start at 20??

Train back before you do biceps. Your routine is extremely bad and I suggest finding one made by someone who knows what they're doing. I get the feeling an upper lower split is what you want.

Ideally as a beginner you'd want to do full body 3x a week but I won't try to convince you

How do you look like you lift in clothes.

I've made some nice gains. I've gone from skinny fat to ottermode. But in clothes I either look like a try hard wearing too tight clothing, or an average non gym going guy. What's the secret to looking like you lift?

Me and my girlfriend have not been to the gym for the past 3 months we're normally very conscious about our fitness and weigh and weight and laugh at resolution fags but we have recently moved house and so have to start a new gym. Can you please give any advice to a fit couple in a new gym that let themselves go over the holidays.

What do you guys think about ddp yoga lost about 30 pounds on the program...but once i get closer to my goal weight i want to hit up the gym and get my body more in shape. Are there any other work out videos that are better?

bullshit mate, just do a normal bodyweight routine and proper stretching, don't try and do them both at once whilst achieving neither. Lifting is so much better you can hardly even compare it to DDPY.

Also, if you lost 30lbs, it had nothing to do with DDPY, it was a caloric deficit. Keep that up, losing 30lbs means you're full speed ahead towards making it.

Hey guys I've been doing Stronglift 5x5 for 4.5 months now, I've been getting stronger but I've lean bulked over these few months and now I'm not sure if I should bulk or cut.

Any suggestions? I deadlift 235x5, squat 220x5

I want to be a "new me" in 2017. How can I start this year right? What do I need to do?

I've read the sticky (obviously) but I'm just not sure if to cut or bulk. You guys usually say bulk first before cutting and don't worry about the fat but I just don't feel confident in my body...

I've got the drive, the motivation and the wrestling ability. I do not have the look though.
What do I do /fit/, I'm skinnyfat, I just need that semi big semi lean wrestler look, at least need to look on par with pic related.
But I have gyno, and whenever I bulk I get fat, and whenever I cut I become skelly.
The only things I have going for me are my heigh (6'2") and despite being sort of ugly my face has enough character to be recognisable and memorable on TV.
