anyway it's pretty much obligatory on night life weekends as a young adult. I probably damaged my liver a bit over the past 4.5 years of college.
I'm trying to keep it to one night a week and no serious binging anymore but the problem with that is the plan goes out the window after your 2nd or 3rd drink.

Hi /fit/, I believe I'm approaching the end of my novice phase and I want to be prepared when it comes to intermediate training. I've landed on HST as the program I'd like to pursue, however I would like some help when it comes to the ordering and exercise selection. I'd like to at the very minimum have the squat, bench, barbell row, and OHP.
