Everytime i do hammer curls, rotation curls or i workout my biceps in general, the selected part from the pic hurts like a motherfucker. Like i dont know, is it the fucking bones? It hurts only in my left arm, the right one is ok.
Also when i try to lift the dumbbells for my dumbbell press they also hurt. But only when i get the dumbbells ready for the exercise.
Fuck is wrong with me, can i workout and just survive the pain or will i break my arm?

you dont know how to curl.
First 2-3 week rest then do laying down curls you will only use your bicep

At work I microwave bacon rashers; and then I use the fat to drizzle over my raw spinach/mix in with microwaved scrambled eggs.
How many calories am I looking at here for 3 rashers of bacon and the fat? I was thinking 50 calories per rasher and then 100 calories for the fat making (250 cal)
