Should I be hitting weighted curls everyday or only when I'm supersetting overhead squats?

You probably get this sort of shit all the time but going to ask anyway.
How does one get started with being /fit/ I'm 6'1; 18 years old and 11 stone; not fat and regular build but want to get into shape. I'm looking to build muscle and generally get fit for possibly signing up for the armed forces next year.
So my questions are:
1.What are good starting fitness plans and progression
2. How much do you exercise within a week how many days for how long in a day.
3. How long would you designate to each type of exercise and what methods do you use?
4. What do you usually do in regards to nutrition.
I realise its a lot to ask and probably frustrating as fuck for a good to ask questions whos essentially too cheap so he's asking /fit to be his personal trainer but any help would be appreciated.

I'll preface by saying I'm 6'2 155 pounds slim but a bit out of shape. I've never worked out more than what was needed back in HS (running) I eat pretty healthy.

I'm overweight and every day, i have one meal. An amy's frozen cheese pizza, a bowl of broccoli and a 100 cal protein shake. I also drink benefiber. I'm losing weight. I take a multivitamin.
The pizza is like 990 calories.
Replace the multi with a small potato.

I posted a while ago about going to the gym in the morning, and how great it was.
I have failed since. Someone of you said I wouldn't make it, and I guess you were right.
However, I have since restarted my mission of self improvement and gains. I started this morning and I guess it's a good feeling like before.
I start taking d Aspartic Acid to help with moods and I do feel better. I need this as I suffer with slight depression and anxiety so the gym sometimes feels too much if my mind is not clear.
Anyway, my ramblings have a point. I just wanted to advise that I'm back and I'm going to try my best to complete the self improvement meme.
Any tips on not letting mental issues get in the way of your routine?

Ok so I'm not fat but in certainly not thin but I've let myself go recently and have definitely noticed my belly getting a bit larger, this over all has inspired me to get off my arse and workout, I don't really care about gains or anything I just want to eradicate fat in my body, whats the best way to go about this?
