We overtrain in a single session to test our abilities and have fun because we're not autistic.

I've done PPL in a single session which took me almost 3 hours. Deepest sleep in my life and beautiful DOMs.

My next session is tomorrow. We gonna do normal routine and then proceed to deadlifts with 15sec rest time in between sets until we get fucking wobbly.

Do something similar and report back to claim your club membership and battle against homosexualism.

Every girl I know likes confidence the most. The reason they go for buff hot dudes is because the guys feel attractively superior to their peers and are thus confident making women fall for them.

There are many fat or ugly guys who are naturally funny so their mates respect them and thus they attract girls.

Female porn habits are generally bisexual/lesbian, they generally do not watch porn for sexy men but to see and relate to a woman in pleasure. Woman are more sexually aroused by other women in sexual poses than men, this is due to feeling related to that woman and imagining how the lust that woman gets from powerful men, not because she finds the woman physically attractive.

You can Google studies, go on woman's chat rooms, Google things like "straight but like lesbian porn" n you'll find loads of women discussing this and sex studies.

Ignore the people that think woman are just like men, they're not. They're just as shallow as us, but their attraction is based of status which covers confidence, wealth, power etc. Compared to us men who look for a woman physically which represents good genetics for birthing and being able to look after themselves meaning they can tend children.

I have not been able to train legs for 4 months due to bad knee cap tracking on my right leg and a torn left hamstring. My legs have lost some size and are now far too small for my upper body. I have never had depression before apart from this. Help me

I had kneecap tracking issues too and for the longest time I had no fucking idea what was going on

when your hamstring tear permits, try pic related. It should hopefully clear up any associated tendinopathy and enforce a good, linear path for the patella.

There are a few ways that I found helpful to stabilise the knee joint. First, I massively upped hamstring work, mostly GHRs and RDLs. Then I set the leg extension to extremely light and only on the last 30 degrees of ROM, and did high reps with a squeeze and hold at lockout for each. A lot of people will tell you this is a bad idea because of sheer forces, but it really helped me. I also began doing step ups and split squats as rehab work because they allowed me to work the legs while paying close attention to knee health.

Lastly, improve your mobility. Stretch hip flexors, adductors, quads, calves, and hamstrings daily, and mash your IT band and VMO with a lacrosse ball.

When your hamstring tear heals, go very lightly through the motions and spend some time doing super easy rehab stuff. I like single leg RDLs (use like 5kg dbs) because you can do a very slow eccentric and stop if you have any pain.

Hope it helps breh. Haven't had kneecap tracking problems in years since I started all this shit, and now I don't need any of it except the stretching (5 minutes before, 5 minutes after lifting and I can sntch easily)

Lads, after two years of not leaving my house I decided that I'm going to get a job. I'm going to try and get a job where I can work alone because of my extreme depression and anxiety.

Before I can leave my house I need to be fit enough to last enough before I pass out from exhaustion (it's happened before).

Currently I am extremely unfit. I'm 300 lbs, 5'11. I can barely tie my shoes without my heart rate going to max.

Can you guys give me a simple routine I can do to help me lose some weight and get me fit at least enough to be able to work a full day.

I'm going to be giving myself one month to get a job, if I fail I will kill my self.

I try getting my workouts in as much as possible but recently I've been slacking with my diet because I don't have time to eat and way too exhausted when I get home to do my routine

Anyone have advice on what I should do?

Why would you even want to work at a farm. Sounds like you have no work balance, it's tiring and I bet it pays absolute shit. What are the prospects for advancement? Probably shit too.

Get into an actual career where you can earn good money, don't have to do manual labor, have work life balance, and have career prospects.

how to get broad,wide,boulder shoulders?

I've been hitting delts really hard. Will this widen my shoulders?
i've been focusing on arms for awhile now, once i get 16inch arms ima go to str8 Push/Pull/Legs auto pilot to making it.
