So I'm 6 foot and 168 pounds. I do this excersize where i go on my treadmill and run at near max speed for 1 mile, walk 1 lap, then run the mile at near max speed and repeat this until ive ran 4 to 5 miles. Then usually do about 150-200 pushups. Just curious, is this a good way to lose weight? I usually do it at least 4 times a week. Sometimes i go through days where i binge on a bunch of snacks and shit because im weak as fuck and can't controll my eating. Im honestly just looking for a way to shed some fat
