How many times a week do you take preworkout?
I've heard most people do it 3-5 times a week.

I was only doing it at the start of the week and the end of the week. So maybe I'm not doing enough?

Also I've heard people will take preworkout for 2 months and then skip a month, then do another 2 months. Would skipping 2 weeks be fine instead of a whole month?

fatfag trying keto here. Been on strict keto for 6 days and I have lost 11lbs. Little bit concerning that its going that fast. Is it mostly just water?

Also is keto weight loss faster than regular weight loss or will I just slow down to losing weight like I have on any other diet?
