How many times a week do you take preworkout? I've heard

How many times a week do you take preworkout?
I've heard most people do it 3-5 times a week.

I was only doing it at the start of the week and the end of the week. So maybe I'm not doing enough?

Also I've heard people will take preworkout for 2 months and then skip a month, then do another 2 months. Would skipping 2 weeks be fine instead of a whole month?

Well... you know you're supposed to be taking it just before you work out. It's not like a supplement.

Myself, I take it as I'm driving to the gym every workout. (unless I forget to bring it) Going for a month without isn't a bad idea to bring your tolerance for the crap back down to reasonable levels.
