Me my brother and my father have horribly weak chests... It's shitty genetics, even my sisters have small breasts.

I just want to hit 225 please tell me how to get there.

I attached a picture of my workout yesterday, I went ham because I'm getting sick of it.

usually I only do 3 or 4 sets but I've been determined lately.

they neglect their bodies response to the estrogen.

Some people react more to gear than others, those that do but are too obsessed with their appearance will ignore it and focus on the muscle gain.

Rather than dropping the dose, taking AI, getting bloodwork, and taking time with it.

Gyno is more-so from negligence and not the gear itself.

Can you help me /fit/?

I joined the local gym and have been going once every 2 days for a couple weeks now.

I always spend about 10 minutes in one of the cardio machines (usually the eliptical machine) to break a sweat then use some of the machines or some free weights without having absolutely no idea what im doing.

I dont know if im doing work in only a set of muscles and neglecting others etc , im just getting accustomed to going to the gym and working out.

So can you point me to a couple good routines for 3-4 days a week for somebody that wants to learn? atm im trying to lose a bit of weight while learning proper way to lift and use all the machines in the gym.

Im not totally socially retarded but the staff at the gym is usually busy and i would like to have some place to start from.

Here's your no bullshit routine that works all the muscles in your body:

AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx

A:
3x5 squat
3x5 bench press
1x5 deadlift/5x3 power clean (alternate)

B:
3x5 squat
3x5 overhead press
3xF chin-up
3x10 back extension

3x5 = three sets of five reps
Start with the bar and add weight every workout from there
Practice good form, record yourself with a camera

My muscles get tired EXTREMELY quickly. I have no idea why.

I am around 176lbs, 6'3''.I have a slimmer build,although I don't look skinny since most of my weight is muscle mass (which is strange,considering I only do labour work around the house. Never went to the gym,but I do have weights in the house that I rarely use.)

Even though I am capable of lifting quite a lot while my muscles are rested (130lbs dumbells easily in one arm),the moment they get tired I can barely lift a 20lbs dumbbell.

At first I thought it was because I don't eat a lot.But that can't be considering I eat at least 5 times a day.

Maybe it's because of what I eat? I don't have a specific diet. I eat everything,junk food included.

So recently ive been trying to get a one arm pullup. As part of my training I do a lot of weighted pullups. I decided to check Symmetric Strength to see how I compare to the average lifter, and apparently my weighted pullup is in the "elite" range. Im 70kg and can do a +60kg weighted pullip, how the hell is that nearly world class?

My theory is that since it's not a competition lift the standards are more lax.


Shoot, there aren't even that many competitions for horizontal pulls either (rows). The lift isn't as competitive as say bench or deadlift, so we're missing a lot of data on the high end.

Realistically, it's like the OHP of pulls. So, for scale you should single rep between 1.3 and 1.5 BW for a two arm weighted chin and 1-1.1BW for a ten rep. (Similar ratios are used for OHP), but I think they should be a little higher even because there is so much more musculature devoted to pulling than pressing.

I got from advanced to world class on SS for the chin up in 2.5 months. Ask if you need to know anything.
