Okay, Cheat Meals/Days.
I was thinking it is just weakness where people give in and have a cheat meal or cheat day while on a cut, but now I'm thinking it might actually be a good idea since your body adjusts to a new low-caloric intake and eases up on burning calories like it used to.
Could cheat meals possibly boost your metabolism into not stubbornly hanging on to every little bit of energy you put in? Does it trick your body into thinking it doesn't need to save every little resource and it's fine to burn through calories/stored fat?
Is there any broscience to back this up?

Anyone else here exercise purely out of utter fear of aging and mortality? I am a pretty fit guy, I eat hearty foods and I don't smoke or drink, however, I caught a horrible fever last month that kept me in bed for a week. When I was lying in bed shivering cold, I realized that I am almost at my peak (I'm 22) and it may all be down hill from here.
Also, cardiac issues run in my family. Both my grandfathers died of heart attacks, as well as my mom's brother. My dad seems healthy a the age of 62, but he is slowing down and aging rapidly.
How do I deal with this fear? How do I accept that I'm going to slowly get weak, sick and eventually die? How do I continue to live a healthy and happy life while I continue to age?

We all reach a peak and then decline towards death. It's a matter of raising the peak and lengthening the decline.
In the end, realize that you shouldn't get wrapped up in your longevity, but focus more on making the most out of every moment. You could die at any moment from some outside factor even if you're an olympic athlete. Find what's the most meaningful and fulfilling part of your life and work on that.

I've always wanted Shinjis body type (don't heckle me for that). Problem is I'm 350lbs. Here's my plan to achieve my goal:
I will, daily, drink a gallon of water (today was day one and I'm feeling sick from the water), eat three food items (including canned chicken/tuna, vegetables, fruit, etc.), and get on my elliptical for 30 minutes.
I know I can keep this up without going back to old habits, because as long as I keep myself busy I've found I can go two days without eating.
