1 x coles rye bread roll (182 calories, 6g protein)
2 x coon light cheese (140 calories 12.6g protein)
1 x leggos pizza sauce with herb/garlic (23 calories 1g protein)
Put in oven for 10minutes at 150c if you have convention oven, cover top of roll with foil to avoid it burning ontop.
That's a quick craving killer for 345 calories and nearly 20g protein.

I've just moved back to my town from back my parents after spending the holidays with high fever and now I've to move out in a different city because I've got a new job.
It's one month that I can't work out properly and now for another month it will be harder because of the new job and my moving out.
The really bat thing is that I'm starting to feel more tired already, I'm having back pains and shit like that. Only now I'm really understanding the benefit of a constant weekly training
