In addition to deadlifts/farmer walks, add on wrist curls
Obviously you can't grow your wrists (they're a bone), but wrist curls work the muscles the highest up on your arms.

I've had multiple shoulder dislocations in the past but following surgery, physio and the OK from the doctor, I can now lift. I'm 5'7'' and 60kgs.
I can just about bench and shoulder press the empty bar. I've set myself the goal of 50kg bench and 30kg OHP. I'm doing SS.
Could you help me estimate how long it may take to hit these goals?

30kg OHP is extremely easy and im 5'6 DYEL so that should really be no problem. 50 kg bench is nothing either, it should'nt take more than say two months if you work hard, could take less time if you sleep really well and just give it your best
What, you're recovering from multiple injuries and you want to set yourself deadlines?
Just focus on getting the technique absolutely right and hit each increment while listening your body. Slow is good.

Worked out with my hood up today like an autismo but ended having one of the best workouts I've had in months. With your music in and your hood blocking out the yoga pant/juicy asses and juice heads annoying you snap chatting themselves in the mirror I could really concentrate on my lifts, it was like I had tunnel vision.

It's gonna suck at first, but if you can stick with it, it will get easy, even fun. Weight loss is 90% diet 10% gym. The basic premise is that you just need to eat fewer calories than you burn. It's much easier to simply not eat something than to burn it off later. Take pics, I lost 40 lbs and regret not having any from when I started. Good luck, you're gonna make it brah
