Why do I get tremors in my hands after I punch a bag?

Why does my ulnar nerve slide over my medial epicondyle when doing bench press?

This is the most important one though, I've been having trouble pissing afterwards it feels like there is still piss trapped in my urethra just after the bladder opening the sensation is very unpleasant. I have to massage the piss out of my shaft its that bad. How do I piss normally? Is this because my pelvic floor muscles are weak from being unused?

I'm healthy male around 75kg 6ft, no medical conditions

Top kek m8. A banana has like 400 grams of potassium, and we're RECOMMENDED 3,500 a day. You could eat 8 bananas and then you'd just be at the potassium levels we're supposed to get everyday, much less getting anywhere near "excess potassium"

What do you do for your core? Squats and DLs are simply not enough no matter what anyone says, and neither are added bodyweight exercises I've noticed. How do you go HEAVY on your core /fit/?

I have a couple questions. First, is it possible to get a good workout in 1 hour? I am trying to figure out a good gym schedule but I can only go for a time span of one hour maybe 2-3 days a week.

Is that enough? I got thinking about it because I would go to the gym, see people that got there before me, finish my workout and go to leave and I see the same people still working out.

Makes me feel that I am not working out for long enough times? What do you think?

I forgot to add that you should do a fourth set of 8 reps on the upper body lifts. With less weight, of course.

That is just as much volume as most boybuilder routines who do a 3-split or 5-split. But with more fruequency.

We called them indian runs. When we ran in single file formation the last guy had to sprint to the front and fall in line. Rinse and repeat.

If you are running solo, 20 sec sprint every 2 minutes for 5 miles. Works every time.

Yeah HIIT is the key to getting faster at a distance that short. Once a week do a slow run thats bigger and every once in a while rest for a bit and do the 1.5 miler. Good luck with the paras!

How do I make gains if I'm an insomniac? I eat right (no drugs or alcohol, or caffeine) , exercise daily, cut out screens past 10, and have a consistence sleep schedule. And yet here I am again. Fatigued in the morning after a shitty nights sleep.
