Cardio. You should be doing at least an hour a day. I suggest investing in a garmin watch. It will tell you your daly steps, milage, calories burn, and your heart rate at all times. Your goal over the months should be for your resting heart rate to decrease via regular cardio.

Lifting is good for its own reason but not for your internal organs.
Also if you're so concerned about the slim possibility of getting seriously sick or injured just buy your own health insurance/ health care. Hey /fit/, has anyone tried starving themselves before to lose weight? I have gym membership and I go there daily for an hour, ontop of that I believe starving myself with is unhealthy BUT it's fast, what I need help in is how do I not gain weight after 15 days of starving and then starting to eat normally?
