you burnt out. its ok to lift every day but know when you arent feeling 100% and do something different like machines or get an arm pump, or just stretch and do recovery stuff (ice baths, yoga, overeating etc).

Never done IF but it seems like overkill when keto alone is drastic and effective enough.

Hey /fit/, lately whenever I hit my chest or triceps I can feel the tendon(s) in my elbow clicking/sliding over the joint and if I do a hard workout, they hurt pretty bad after for a couple days. I went to the gym 5/6 days a week for 8 months last year up until April, got lazy and stopped, and started coming again a month ago which is when i noticed this. It hadn't happened before in those past 8 months. I don't believe it is my form because the tendons click on any exercise hitting triceps or chest. They do not click when I do biceps, which i have no trouble doing. Any advice/suggestions/probable causes?

what exercises do you do? I found I have the same problem when I do free weight extensions. I removed extremely heavy extensions (skullcrushers, didn't realize it was an extension) and it helped alot. now only do one with low weight

In general, if you go to heavy on any cable lifts, you can developed tendonitis. The cables are constantly fucking up my tendies. Especially my tricep tendies for push downs

I went this morning, and I found myself just doing squats, tricep pulldown, shoulder circuit, and an ab workout, but I felt wayward and like I just landed on these randomly.
I have no idea what I'll do tomorrow.
How do I schedule a daily routine?
What exercises should I do on the same day?
What order?

Look up you BMR (basic metobolic rate) on google. That will give you a ballpark of how many calories your body needs per day. Cut that by 20%.
Use the app myfitnesspal to track calories.
Start simple with your workouts. The sticky has great info.
Old fashioned calisthenics are a great way to start as well.
Look up Scooby1961 on google/youtube. Great information there.
Google luck on your journey. Stay consistent, that's the key.
Read the sticky, and remember that diet is just as important as exercise.

tea tree oil, whether on face or back. obviously rubbing it on the back is quite harder but still managable. replace it with your shampoo at night (i would not recommend using it before work/school since it has a strong smell which not many people like)
most of my friends and myself suffered from acne wheter face or back. To all i recommended it, it showed positive effects tho diminishing returns might occur (from 11 persons, including me, 2 had slight break outs afterwards).

I use the shaker cups that my local supp store gives me with every purchase.
