pre lift, cardio doesn't lower your muscular endurance for lifting but lifting will lower your cardio. Cardio also raises the heart rate and blood flow to muscles so your body is more ready to lift.

i do cardio before lift and the body treats the lift like cardio too
those guys who arrive, go straight to the bench and start lifting weights dry without sweating look fucking hilarious. i dont give a shit what youre lifting, of you arent sweating or out of breath you arent getting gains you powerlifting fat fuck.

This. Liftfags look so ridiculous just waddling in and going straight to the squat rack.
Fucking fatties
>MUH CARDIO MUH SWEAT
all you do is literally take away your potential gains by doing cardio first.
If you lift first you're already activating muscles, so when you're doing cardio you're burning all fat.

I do both, 10min before and 20-30min after.

These make no sense whatsoever, there's a difference between warming up, training endurance, and training strength.
The answer depends on your goals. You can't train strength fatigued - you can train endurance fatigued, but if the sports requires technique, this might be a bad idea.
