Im currently 186 lbs right now from 204 lbs (92.5 kg ----> 82.5 kg) and I'm seeing some physical gains (can fit into tighter trousers/pants) but when do I start seeing some ab outline? I'm sick of seeing a disgusting bloated stomach. I've been working out for 11 weeks and lost 18 lbs which isn't much. Can anyone give me a rough calculation.
