Hey /f/it, I started trying to lose weight a little under 4 months ago. I started at 308 and I'm currently 244, so I've lost 64 pounds. It's been awesome, but I do have one issue; loose skin. Do you know if there's anything I can do to make my skin bounce back, or will it always be like this?

Current exercise routine: NONE, I'm a NEET
How I lose weight doing nothing: Eat 1,200 calories a day.

Since I’ve been lifting, limiting alcohol/drugs and on NoFap I have been feeling more at peace with myself. Nothing bothers me that much anymore and I’m more confinement. Yet I feel numb because of it. I don’t feel as sad just a constant happy feeling/content feeling. Before I would have a bit of depressive thoughts which would show itself in my self deprecating humor, or my motivation and drive to fight it and improve. Yet now that I’m actually getting rid of it I feel as if changed into something it that I can no longer perceive and I have a feeling that this numbness might just be a veil to the depression/sadness transformation.Feel weird feeling so at ease when before I wasn’t as much.

The truth is, you aren't getting stronger (past low intermediate levels anyway) without really pushing yourself.
If you're capable of this then 5/3/1 is good. The room for assistance is great for working on bodybuilding and weaknesses.
