Here's a question /fit/
I can work out 3-4 days a week, would it be better for me to do a full body routine instead of a ppl for strength and aesthetics?

I've never been in a fight before. I'm pretty fit, but this dude is taller than me.

How do I go about confronting him without seeming like some angry manlet(i am a very angry manlet) and make a fool of myself? If this type of shit is going to be happening often, should I cancel my gym membership and join a boxing gym or train some martial art? Can't afford both.

I think I might switch from Strong Lifts to Greyskull. I heard it's a better routine and aestheticaly it'll look better, is that true? Did I switch to soon? I'm bulking if that's relevant.

Deadlift: 245
Overhead Press: 110
Row: 110

Not the best lifts, but it's a start. I started at 130 pounds, so there's a long way to go.

Should I switch to Greyskull? Would PPL be better? I'm able to go 6 days a week if I need to.

Is keto a must for losing love handles and belly fat? I've lost ~60 lbs and those two areas look like they haven't changed. To me anyway.

It'll make it much easier but you don't really have to if all you want to get rid of is love handles. Just up your cardio time and keep at it a couple more months, the last ten pounds take forever.

I started doing low carb and lifting, but the low T makes both losing fat and gaining muscle pretty hard.
